Computers
We have computers available for public use. There is a 60 minute time limit on the computers as we have a limited number on hand.
Wi-Fi
We have free Wi-Fi available 24/7 outside, just hang out in your vehicle or take a seat on one of the benches outside. During business hours come on in and take a seat and enjoy the free Wi-Fi.
Mobil Hot Spots
We have T Mobil Hot Spots available for check out for 2 weeks with no renewals. We require a signed agreement and library card to be able to check out a hot spot.
Local Book Delivery
Contact the library if you would like to have your books or DVD’s brought to your home here in Hot Springs. Please Call us at (406)741-3491 to make arrangements.
Easy Book Renewal
Did you know that you can call the library to renew your items? We are more than happy to renew books by phone, taking the stress out of over due books. We will not be renewing any of the big ticket items over the phone such as the Hot Spots or the Telescope.
Inter Library Loans
If we can’t find an item that you are looking for here in the library, we can look for that item in different libraries. Just remember that if you request an Inter Library Loan through this library please return the item to this library .
Telescope
Thanks to a generous donation from the Western Montana Astronomical Association based in Missoula, Montana; the Library was given an Orion StarBlast telescope. Check with the Library for availability.
Montana Library 2 Go and Libby
Do you love the convenience of eBooks or audio books? Preston Hot Springs Library has joined Montana Library 2 Go which is an online state wide catalog. You need a library card to access. Libby is a complimentary app to Montana Library2 Go where you can check out and listen to audio books on your device . A new thing that has came to Montana Library 2 Go is Universal Class and The Great Courses Library Collection. Universal Class will be ending on Saturday, November 30th. All you need to set up Montana Library 2 Go and Libby accounts; a the library card number that is located on the back of the card, and the password which is 3491.
