Facebook Story Time

Join Jessie on Tuesday via Facebook for a story time.

Books In Search of Kids

Thanks to a ‘Keep Kids Reading’ grant From the Town Pump Charitable Foundation, Books In Of Kids came to life in the spring of  2022. It found it's home at the Hot Springs Mt. Farmers Market. Our mission is to provide books for children free of charge.  Outside of the Farmers Market, stop in to the Library and ask.

Book Discussion Group

The book that will be discussed on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 3pm is "The Names", by N. Scott Momaday.

"Of all of the works of N. Scott Momaday, "The Names" may be the most personal. A memoir of his boyhood in Oklahoma and the Southwest, it is also described by Momaday as "an act of the imagination. When I turn my mind to my early life, it is the imaginative part of it that comes first and irresistibly into reach, and of that part I take hold." Complete with family photos, "The Names" is a book that will captivate readers who wish to experience the Native American way of life."
